Sassoon House is a beautiful listed Georgian Townhouse within the historical High Street of Kirkcudbright. Sassoon House offers Dinner, Bed & Breakfast within charming and elegant surroundings.

Located directly opposite the National Trust for Scotland’s Broughton House and within 50 metres walk from the only Blue Flag marina in Scotland, Sassoon House is ideally located to enjoy the highlights of Kirkcudbright, “Scotland’s Artists Town”. Indeed, Sassoon House is named after the water colourist David Sassoon, who lived and worked in the property for most of his adult life.

Today, Sassoon House is owned by the Scott family. Barry, Jacqui, Samuel and Louis warmly welcome guests into their home. Whilst Barry manages the Bed & Breakfast, Jacqui works as a doctor and is known to occasionally double up as a waitress! Their active boys Samuel (13) and Louis (9) also enjoy helping and chatting to the guests (especially about football!)
