Breakfast and dinner are lovingly prepared by Barry. He uses his vast experience as a Head Chef in Michelin-rated fine-dining restaurants to produce top quality cuisine. Emphasis is placed on using seasonal and organic local produce where-ever possible and his culinary style is loosely modern Scottish cuisine.
Three course dinner costs £25 per person. Guests are very welcome to bring a bottle of wine to the dinner table and we are happy to chill wines, should this be required.
Both breakfast and dinner are served in the dining room, which attracts the morning sun and is warm and inviting in the evenings. Meals are served at a large reclaimed oak dining table, which seats eight people. Part of the ambience and success of the business has been built around guests interacting and sharing holiday experiences at meal times. Private dining is also available.
"Lunch Hampers" are also provided for a small fee. Simply order your hamper the previous evening and after breakfast you will receive your cool-box so you can enjoy the beautiful countryside without the worry of where to break for lunch.
